A truly excellent pizzeria for meeting friends or dining with family. High-quality ingredients, a good selection of menu items, fast and friendly service, and a local business. We tried several different pizzas, and they were all exceptional. A wonderful selection of several types of beer. Very pleasant atmosphere, great prices. Can recommend.

Nothing special about the “atmosphere”… was clean and tidy though. Pizza was incredible...best we’d had out of 5 pizza places in Pistoia so far. Staff were great. The pizza makes it worth it to come.

My go-to pizzeria! Both owners Camellia & Lapo are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can tell that a lot of love and care goes into everything they do. I absolutely love their pizza with melanzane (eggplant) and extra mozzarella—it's so deliciously cheesy and full of flavor! Although this combination isn’t on the menu, they’re more than happy to customize it to suit your taste, which really adds a personal touch. They’re pretty busy during the weekends, best to book a table. Whether you're craving a classic Margherita or something unique, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend !!

Very nice pizza made to perfection. it's thin and crispy. Clerk was super attentive, courteous and helpful. Margherita and olive pizzas were top notch. 4 formaggi also highly recommended.

Great pizza and service. Away from the city center you'll find Lo Scimpanze, hosted by Camilla and Chef Owner Lapo, both were very friendly. I had a truffle mortadella pizza that was delicious. This is a very thin crust with high quality ingredients. Once the initial flavors of the generous portion of truffle mortadella subsided, a super creamy flavor of the Mozzarella came through. The forest berry panacotta was just the right choice for dessert. I even ordered a 4 cheese to go for breakfast, yes breakfast, with an egg on top, breakfast of champions my friends, lol.
